“La Pasión” was born on the St. James Way in northern Spain, as I, Anita, walked 450 km…basically to clear my head.

One question kept coming up: What is my purpose? How can I create a life around my talents & passions, that serves both me and others? I realized my strength was fulfilling my own dreams. I had pursued my dream profession in hospitality, worked in beautiful places like California, New Zealand and - of course - Mallorca, opened a restaurant in Germany with a unique concept and traveled the world for the last 5 years. Things, that definitely made me happy. But there was something missing: a deeper purpose. Then, 7 walking hours before arriving in Santiago de Compostela, it hit me:

My dream is to help others discover their passions and pursue THEIR dreams!

What better environment for that than a place, where you can relax, connect, talk about your dreams and explore your talents and passions? Imagine doing all that while enjoying delicious food and drinks, great music and beautiful natural surroundings? …trying out all the things that our busy daily lifes usually don’t allow enough room for to pursue… arts, crafts, yoga, meditation, cooking, baking or exploring your favorite culinary pleasures: cocktails, wine, beer, coffee etc. That’s the idea behind “La Pasión”, a space that inspires both customers & employees to pursue their passions whether it’s wine, gardening, painting or cooking.
